Cumulative Work Week hours Report
TimeCheck gives you the flexibility to configure category wise work week hours target for each employee. Based on the set configuration the system calculates the target work week hours, actual work week hours excluding lunch & break hours. The system provides the facility to define the daily minimum work hours per day. Also, if the Actual work week hours not met the Target hours the system highlights those hours in different color as notification.
Weekly Deviation Report
This report facilitates the HR manager to know the list of employees whose work hours got deviated from the set target hours on weekly /monthly basis. Has facility to view department wise / employee wise data in detail.
Daily deviation report
This report provides the list of employees who has worked less than the defined work hours on daily basis. Has facility to get department wise & month wise deviation data for analysis.
Leave Analysis report
This cumulative report facilitates the Hr manager /authorized user to know employee’s leave dates with leave types, Permission dates with timings, late coming instances & total late coming hours and absent dates for facilitating payroll calculations.
Session wise Absent Report
This report facilitates the HR manager / Authorized user to know the list of employees who has absent in different combinations such as First half, Second half & Both sessions . Has the facility to view department wise / employee wise data in detail.
Raw data Report
This report facilitates the authorized user to know the list of employees who have marked their In / out punches instantly.
