By accessing the TimeCheck website, software, mobile application, resources, or support services, you agree to these Terms of Use. TimeCheck is provided for business use in attendance, leave, shift, overtime, integration, reporting, and management.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate information, account confidentiality, authorized users, password protection, and lawful use of employee, biometric, location, attendance, and HR data. You must not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, or access systems without permission.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, trademarks, documentation, reports, and platform features belong to TimeCheck, ANGLER Technologies, or their licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

Service Use and Limitations

TimeCheck supports workforce automation, but final responsibility for settings, approvals, payroll inputs, compliance decisions, device accuracy, and third-party integrations remains with the customer.
