Client belongs to a non-profit volunteer organization that is supported by millions of volunteers across countries.
Client needed an Accurate Time Tracking System with option to update employee overtime worked hours to actual approved overtime hours. For certain employees the work hours logged in their Timecard have to be taken and for rest as usual First In and Last Out data has to be calculated. They also asked for a different break option between the shift closing and overtime starting for each department separately.
We customized the existing overtime approval screen of TimeCheck Software and redefined it to view the actual overtime worked hours and based on employee productivity the user can edit and approve the overtime hours of that day. By making use of the new field break user can define the required break hours between shift closing time and overtime start time.
For Fieldwork employee category alone we have changed the hours worked calculation, will consider the In and Out punches from Manual Time Entry module. Now user can collect the punch timings from all swipes report and worked hour’s calculation from manual time entry report.
