So college management was in need to implement the attendance app for students daily attendance and also they were specific the app should mark the attendance for any student within the classroom frequency alone not with any other irrelevant frequency which is even near to classroom but not exactly with the classroom  seamlessly. The solution Timecheck team from ANGLER technology provided to the Medical institute is an Android attendance app. In the app they can enroll the students and faculties details in It. Enabled their faculties to pre book the auditorium 1 & auditorium 2 for the classes that is planned for the day. Scheduling of classes each day for the re-relevant course can be done using the module so that the student of the respective course can able to know their Class timetable online anytime along with the  class location. So by now each student can login to the app from their mobile and some other users not using the mobile can use the common Tab installed in the front of classroom can be used.  By using Face recognition technology, the tablet at the entrance, with the App installed in it we were able to capture student attendance in touchless / contactless manner for every student. The tablet device records the attendance of the students to the respective classes in the auditorium by registering their entrance.

Their requirement is time & attendance software system with feature to accommodate their need – workers must work for 9 hrs in the specific timing of 7am to 7pm, but in the same timeslot attendance data need to be present for the worked hrs.

We delivered our enterprise application where system will take auto decision for workers on the shift allocation and for remaining 30% of employees the manual shift allocation was enabled by client using our shift module which is more flexible to adapt their organization policy.

As per their requirement, the feature locked 9 hrs in the specific timing of 7am to 7pm, also provided timeslot attendance for the total worked hrs.

  • Flexi will be given for the staffs, for i.e say
  • they can work for 8 hrs and get 1 hr permission,
  • they can work for 5 hrs & get 4 hrs leave

Overtime will be generated only after the staff completes his 9 hrs duty within or beyond the regular shift time fixed. Further depending on the production deliverable the staffs shift should get auto decided by the system, and any alterations to the planned shift timing should be disabled.

The client is into the manufacturing and marketing of Agro-Products for years, with a sales force working on the field to market its numerous products, as per demands of the market.

Business Requirement

The client manufacturing Agro Products has been using a mobile app for its mobile marketing team. The web-based application now had to be enhanced to meet another requirement of the client. The client wanted a provision for an employee to clock-in and clock-out through the mobile application.

The admin will be able give the privilege to access the clock-in and clock-out option in the mobile application, to the specific user (employee). The client wanted the system to manage the employee shifts automatically, based on the parameters configured manually by the admin. Each employee will be allowed 2 to 3 shifts and the system has to auto shift these shifts for the employee.

Solution Provided

To meet the client’s requirement, we provided a separate configuration as a mobile clock-in / clock-out feature. The complete employee list was uploaded so that the admin can select the required user alone. The update of clock-in and clock-out details thus will be enabled for the respective users by the admin and not for all. A new auto shift module has been designed and various time slots had been created by the admin on the screen to map the appropriate shifts. A new employee auto shift template has been created, wherein the admin can update all eligible shifts, based on the employee code.
